Presidents View

I have booked a suite in this hotel. We stayed here about 4 years ago and were satisfied with it. Now they have suites which we booked. Traveling to SD for a family reunion at Palmer Gulch but did not want to stay in their cabins as we have done that before and it was not the cleanest place.

I see some of the room amenities are gone in this motel, like shampoo and such but that does not bother me. Does anyone know if they have hair dryers? I do not want to pack one if they do. Also, the small refrigerators do they have a freezer? I see from reviews that they are not big suites but would 3 adults be comfortable in the room. One would sleep on the single pull out, since he snores loudly... Is there a divider between the beds and the living space?

I have no direct experience with the hotel, but did you visit their website?

I clicked on the virtual tour, and from what I can see, the living area is separate from the bedroom.

President%26#39;s View is listed on this site under Keystone hotels, and some have posted personal photos. When I ';nosed'; around those, I could see a hairdryer on the wall of one of the rooms.

In case no one replies with direct experience at this hotel, the safest bet would be to call the property directly and ask about hair dryers, fridges, and room layouts. This way, you should get the most reliable information.

Have a good trip!

Thank you slrtravelplanner for your response. I did take a virtual tour of the motel. I could not tell if there is a sliding door that will separate the living area from the sleeping area. Oh well, I guess I will bring earplugs, just in case. Thanks for checking pictures of other posters pics. I will take a look.

Anyone have any recent experiences at this motel you care to share?

I read some reviews and I do not care for rude employees. I am hoping they still do not employ some of the same staff.

I would still call the hotel just to get the ';lay of the land'; in addition to viewing the pics. This way, you will know if you really need the earplugs. Of course, if the snores loudly, you might need them anyway. :)
